I am pleased to offer you a position with our company as a beginning on . This offer is subject to your passing a pre-employment drug screen, a pre-employment drive test and completion of your online training requirements. Upon acceptance of this Employment Offer Letter, you will be re-directed to self enroll in our online training system. Upon enrollment, you will need to complete your Employee On-Boarding, Policies and Procedures, and if you are being hired as A driver, you will be required to complete your driver training 101, 102, 103 and Safety and Equipment. Additionally, you will be required to keep current on your Monthly Refresher courses.

Your compensation will be based on your experience as well as knowledge of the local area. It will also be determined based on observations or your training performance. After completing 90 days with a minimum of 240 hours of service, you will be eligible for a review of job performance with a possibility of a raise. Your employment is “at will”. This means that you are free to end your employment with our company at any time and for any reason. It also means that the company can end your employment at any time and for any reason that is not illegal under state or federal law.

This policy can be changed only by a written contract signed by an appropriate officer of the company. No oral commitments to you regarding your employment are valid, whether made now or in the future. If this offer of employment is acceptable to you, please sign, date and return one copy of this letter to me within ten days. I look forward to having you join our Family.
