Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse – Effective TODAY Jan 6, 2020

Juan Gonzalez has been working with each of you to get your registered in the D&A Clearinghouse.  If you have not yet been registered, you must schedule to do so with the office promptly.   The  D&A Clearinghouse has also led Panorama to changing our “Third Party Administrator”.  The only thing that this means for you is that you will be notified differently of your random drug/alcohol screen.  Previously, you were brought to the office first and then sent.  Now, you will be notified by phone or text and given a time frame by which to report.  There may be a slight learning curve with this new method but together I believe that this will actually be easier.  Our default testing facility is still Concentra: 283 Piaget Ave, Clifton, NJ 07011.  That being said, I am told that with this new method, we may be able to report for testing to any Concentra.  If you wish to report to another Concentra (one closer to your home) you must notify us in advance.  As always, we are here to answer any questions that you may have.
